PRACTICES - PART 1/3 - "WHO AM I"

JOHN MCINTOSH

When ‘you’ use your imagination and visualization to project something new into your experience, you are only writing new scenes into the ‘play’ [dream] ‘you’ are acting in.

When ‘you’ repeat an affirmation over and over again, you are ‘shuffling’ the ‘energy’ of your life experiences from one scenario ‘into’ another. For example, when illness shifts to health, the energy behind the illness either hibernates waiting for another opportunity to manifest or immediately appears elsewhere in another circumstance you experience. The conditioning at the root of the manifestation has NOT been transformed [neutralized].

If ‘you’ use yoga/meditation to achieve Samadhi, you are experiencing brief periods of bliss, which end when you return to so called ‘normal’ activity.

If ‘you’ are able to break blocks with your hands, feet or head then go on to develop many other super-human abilities, you are still locked ‘inside’ a person.

As long as there is a ‘you’, everything manifested or changed still resides within the grand dream. Until you discover Who You Really Are you are only rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and hoping the ship won’t sink … meaning, you will need to come into another and another and another body until you make that discovery.
