Human beings do NOT ‘ascend’ from human to some version of God Consciousness. Human beings do NOT ‘do’ anything ‘real’. There ‘is’ only the ONE SELF … everything else is a dream ‘of’ the slumbering counterpart of the ONE SELF. All the complicated disciplines, practices and stair-step approaches to the full Awareness of the ONE SELF YOU Are [by any name], promoted for eons, were concepts that appealed to the false-self-identity [mind] manifested out of the conditioning veiling the ONE SELF ‘from’ the Awareness ‘of’ IT SELF.
The false self ‘seeks’ Truth but has no ‘real’ intention of finding it because it must die when Truth is revealed. That is, the person or human being must dissolve back into ‘nothing-ness’ in order for the SELF to be revealed ‘to’ IT SELF.
Revealing the SELF ‘to’ IT SELF is ‘simple’ - dissolve all the veils [conditioning (attachments, expectations and identifications tied to memory (past) and imagination (future)], which keeps ITs Attention distracted in the dream of separation. The ‘direct route’ is Self Inquiry/Surrender, which anyone can ‘do’ simply. Of course, if you still resonate with one or more of the myriad of complicated systems that ‘inevitably’ dovetail back to Self Inquiry eventually … then, for now, that is your destiny ... there is no wrong approach. You have eternity to return to the Freedom You Are.
